UCSB Entrepreneurship Club
The UCSB community for founders, builders, and ambitious students who want to work on real startups
Who Is This For
A startup, an app, a brand. You need teammates, feedback, and a room full of people who get it.
No idea yet — but you know it's coming. You want to be in the right rooms before it does.
Building your network now. Meeting founders. Positioning yourself for that first high-impact role.
Opportunities
UCSB Entrepreneurship Club bridges the gap between ambitious students and early-stage startups that are actively building. Whether you're looking for your first role or your next co-founder.
We partner with early-stage startups across tech, design, operations, and more, giving UCSB students direct access to internships, part-time roles, and founding team opportunities.
Looking for driven students to join your team? We connect early-stage startups with motivated UCSB builders across engineering, design, marketing, and business.

Why Join The Club
The UCSB Entrepreneurship Club is where builders, hackers, and ambitious students connect, learn, and launch — not just talk about it.
Pitch nights, startup ideation jams, founder firesides, and workshops designed around actually building something — never just theory.
Hear uncensored stories from alumni and local founders on how they raised, launched, and hired — plus how they got started at UCSB.
Meet co-founders, designers, engineers, and operators who are as serious as you are about shipping projects — on campus and beyond.
Get direct access to internships, part-time roles, and founding team spots at early-stage startups you won't find on any job board.
A no-fluff digest of what's happening on campus, who's building what, and what opportunities are live right now — straight to your inbox.
From idea to MVP — get feedback, find teammates, and access resources to take your startup from a UCSB dorm room to something real.

FAQ
Still unsure if you should join the list? Start here.
No. The list is simply how we keep you in the loop about events and opportunities. You can decide later if you want to become an official member or take on a leadership role.
Yes. Many of our members start with curiosity, not a company. You’ll meet people with ideas looking for teammates, and you’ll get exposure to problems and markets that might spark something for you.
Typically once a week during the quarter, plus an occasional extra email if there’s a deadline-sensitive opportunity like a competition or internship.
Not at all. We have members from engineering, humanities, arts, and sciences. Startups need builders, storytellers, designers, researchers, operators, and more.
